The Council provides a system for assisting individuals, families and communities to access substance abuse services and other critical social services designed to meet their needs by providing alcohol, tobacco and other drug (ATOD) prevention and counseling services to residents in our catchment area. Services are provided on an ongoing basis and are an essential part in access, coordination, and efficient delivery of substance abuse services for our catchment area.
