The Brush Country Council on Alcohol & Drug Abuse, Inc. (BCCADA) was founded in July 1991 by a group of concerned citizens and is funded by the Department of State Health Services.  BCCADA serves the residents in the four counties of Atascosa, Frio, Karnes and Wilson, located in South Central Texas. 

BCCADA provides Adult Counseling Services through an Outpatient Treatment Program and Prevention Education for the youth in the counties we serve.
